Three things it does on a normal, messy day
Short on time? The plan shrinks, and shows what changed.
“I only have 20 minutes at home”
- Keeps your key lifts and trims the rest to fit the time
- Swaps in moves you can do with the equipment you have
- Tells you what changed and applies to today only. You can edit or decline.

See the movement before you lift.
- Interactive 3D guide for 69 exercises, including warm-ups and rehab-style moves
- Turn the view: front, side, 45°
- Follow the lowering and lifting phases, and see common mistakes

How it felt shapes your next session.
- Too easy: it suggests a little more weight next time
- Too hard: the next workout gets lighter
- Every change shows its reason. You accept, edit or keep your plan.

Missing a session doesn't reset everything
A minimum and an ideal
Pick the sessions you can keep on a busy week, and the number you'd like on a good one.
A short version
Most workouts come with a shorter version, about 20 minutes, that keeps the core lifts.
A way back in
Missed a week? You get a lighter, shorter session first. Your records are still there.
A buddy, if you want one
Invite someone you know. They see only the weekly progress you choose to share.

Three things worth knowing

Questions
Is it free?
Yes, during the web beta. No card is needed. If we add paid plans later, we'll say so in the app before anything changes.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in Safari or Chrome on your phone or computer. You can add it to your home screen. An Android app is in beta.
Who is it for?
Adults who already strength train on their own, 2–4 times a week, and whose plans keep running into time, equipment or travel changes. It isn't for competition prep or injury rehab.
Does it replace a coach?
No. It helps you plan, learn the movements and adjust from week to week. If something hurts, it asks first and suggests rest or a doctor when needed.
Does the camera upload video?
No. Rep counting and form scores are worked out on your device. Only food photos you choose to recognize are sent to an AI provider.
How do I give feedback?
Tap the speech bubble at the top of the app. Messages go straight to the founder.
